We're looking for an inhouse Paid Ads Specialist to join FATJOE and manage our ad accounts.

If you're skilled in paid ads, funnel optimization, landing page creation, and conversion tactics, and you have a passion for driving GROWTH, we want to hear from YOU.

Your Mission

Your mission along with the rest of the growth team is to DOUBLE the amount of new customers we acquire every month through paid ads and other growth strategies in 2025.

Bootstrapped and founder-led since launch in 2012, we've hustled our way to become an incredibly scalable company with yearly revenues of $10m+ and a lean team of less than 20 people structured into Marketing, Operations, & Tech.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective paid media strategies across Google Ads and social platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X.
Campaign Management: Manage and optimise campaigns, including Search Ads and Performance Max (PMAX), to achieve desired KPIs.
Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and provide clear briefs for static and video ad creatives.
Budget Management: Handle 6 figure monthly advertising budgets with a focus on maximising ROI and lowering CAC.
Performance Analysis: Closely monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a wider team of marketers to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing Google and social media ad campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Search Ads, PMAX, Social Ads and familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4. Basic GTM proficiency is desirable.
Creative Skills: Strong copywriting abilities and experience directing creative briefs for ad assets.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
